[Bug] Cleric/Thief loses Thieving ability if out of Set Snare charges
To access the Thieving ability (lock pick / pick pocket / etc) a Cleric/Thief Multiclass character must first press F12: Special Abilities submenu first to gain access to this ability. I have noticed the following bug:
Game Behavior at Present
----------------------
If the other special ability in the submenu is depleted (Set Snare) the Special Ability submenu button will be disabled until the Cleric/Thief rests and restores the Set Snare ability.
Correct Game Behavior
--------------------
The Special Ability submenu will still be accessible for Cleric/Thieves regardless of the number of Set Snare charges left.

When playing as Cleric/thief if you use all of your special abilitys the button is grayed out therefor blocking you from your thieving button. This is with no armor on.
Expected Behavior:
Well for the button not to gray out of course lol.
By playing cleric/thief class you already have pain to use thieving skill, which can be only accessible from ""special abilities"" menu (press F12 and then F1 to use thieving).
But the thing is that on the same ""Special abilities"" panel there is also ""set snare"" skill and if you use it, you simply cannot access your thieving anymore - ""special abilities"" button is greyed out as if you used your special ability and stays that way! So no more open locks/pick pocket until you rest.
I hope it wasn't meant that way.
Current behaviour: Special abilities tab is inaccessible (greyed out) after every use of set snares has been expended.
Expected behaviour: Special abilities tab is accessible even after every use of set snares has been expended.
Apologies if this has been reported before.
If this character (or NPC, for example, Tiax) is out of his special abilities (he used them all and hasn't rested yet) he can't disarm traps and use lockpickting - his Special abilities icon is not active.
This is a rather serious issue because it makes you not to use at least one of your special abilities or rest when you don't want to.
