hey guys, i was wondering if the only axes in bg ee were the +1 axes. i cant seem to find any others? that or im blind

    Wrong, there's a +1 axe for sale in Beregost for starters, and a +2 one later in the game...

    There's a couple of better axes out there. If you start a fight in the Helm and Cloak Inn in the city of Baldur's Gate there's a +2 axe, there's also a new one called "The Golden Axe" as described in this thread: http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/8110/major-spoilers-a-guide-to-new-magic-items/p1

    If I am not mistaken I think ajwz means that there aren't any new axes besides what was available in BG1. Both the axe+1 and axe+2 were available in BG1 vanilla.

    If I am not mistaken I think ajwz means that there aren't any new axes besides what was available in BG1. Both the axe+1 and axe+2 were available in BG1 vanilla.
    Oh I see, but there *are* a few new ones listed in the thread about the new magic items in BGEE, though nothing spectacular
