I recruited Tiax because I am trying to put together a quirky evil party.

Tiax has few redeeming qualities, but one awesome ability is his special Summon Ghast power.

HOWEVER, IT IS NOT WORKING FOR ME! It says 'Summon Ghast' on the button, but instead of a paralyzing terror, all I get is a puny skeleton. Is this a bug?
