Beregost commoners not updating dialog

Current behavior: In chapter 3 and onwards the commoners in Beregost use their pre chapter 3 dialog when spoken to.
Expected behavior: After reaching chapter 3 the people in Beregost should have updated dialog to reflect the fact that you cleared the Nashkel mines.

I remember it was fun talking to the commoners and hearing their praise for clearing the mines. I hope this gets fixed soon.
Note: It seems like some of them have updated dialog and others don't. Some are updated but do not have random conversations like they should. Check them all to make sure they are on track!

    This didn't change, but it is kinda lame how it is changed. You must see the commoner in chapter 3 at least once. This was not changed since bg1.
    But it is easy to fix, so consider this fixed.
