    You'll probably find that a lot of save or negative effect spells are incredibly effective.

    So is there any advantage to Miscast Magic over Silence, other than that there's no risk of 'friendly fire'? I realize that with silence you can always just cast vocalize, but I've never actually seen a enemy mage do that. Seeing as how Miscast Magic is a level higher, easier to save against, and still allows a 20% for the mage to get a spell off, Silence seems like the superior choice.

    It's made some fights ridiculously easy I have noticed... For instance, the wizard at the bottom of the Cloakwood Mines? Silence. Bam.
