Text size for stackable items

Based on what I've managed to find on other posts, there were problems seeing the text numbers for stackable items, as some people (particularly those on ipad) found it too small to read. I play on PC, and I thought it looked fine beforehand. I can understand how it would be different on ipad though, and that some people might still find it a little difficult.
Since downloading the latest patch, my text size for these items has increased a lot. I assume this is an intentional fix? To me it looks a little ridiculous, but that's probably because I'm 1) Used to the old text size, and 2) I could already read it just fine before.
