    I think he needs to be hostile to get confused in the first place. I just wanna know if it's possible, considering his saves and resistance. I was not aware I can confuse the tana'ri in Ulgoth's Beard due to the resistance, or even put it to sleep for nearly half the battle. It amused me greatly, though I'm not entirely sure what did the trick.
