[BUG] Yago in near-death state doesn't give up

When fighting Yago in Low Lantern, he either dies quickly, or repeats (multiple times) first dialogue. Instead, in near-death state he should surrender and give his spellbook.
P. S. Game is BG:EE for Windows, last patch.
