How come you can't BUY anything from in game store?

When you click on 'STORE' there is a voice pack which shows but the 'BUY' button is greyed out.
Also the EXTRA portraits.

Is there a way to purchase this elsewhere?

    If you have the Windows version, all available DLC are included in the price.

    They'll probably have use for the Store page when they release more DLC like Adventure Y.

    All that stuff is already in the game...

    It just doesn't ship with tablet versions (i.e. iPad).

    As others have said, the stuff in the store in included for free in the PC version. On the iPad, you have to buy the non-Rasaad bonus stuff. I'm assuming there will be other paid DLC in the future that doesn't come free for windows users, though.
