So I went back to BG and have not been able to find a quest for it.

Did I miss one back at the wolfwere island?

    There's no use for it.
    It's just a plot item from a quest in the island.

    Additionally, it was for a quest that was previously broken if you played a female PC (they might have fixed it in later patches, unsure).

    You get help getting off the island from Durlyle (if you are female) or Delainy (if you are male). That's the purpose of the Belladonna flowers - you bring him (her) flowers and he (she)'ll help you later.

    After that when you come back to BG you can sell the Belladonna flowers or keep them as a remembrance about this little love-story.
