Woooohoooo!
Finally the MacOS X version is upon us! Rejoyce!
But also 2 quick questions:
How do I enable the console and where do I find the XP cap remover? I have found the override folder but cannot, for the life of me, find the thread with a link to the xp cap remover.

I doubt that the XP cap remover makes a lot of difference really, since for many classes the XP required to get the next level after the cap is rather great. It's not game breaking, as far as I can see. I would think that any advantage gained from an extra level or two can be offset via the difficulty slider or the SCS mod, if balance is the concern.
The threads you seek:

and you may need to install 7zip (freeware) to uncompress .rar files.
Btw, I'm working on a thread to consolidate CLUA (complete with all the item and cheat codes), XP cap remover and raiser, EEKeeper, maybe a few other similar things. But I feel like playing the game today. I'll try to get it out by tomorrow.
Hey man a simple warning:
The Simple XP cap remover apparently using the True Grand Mastery Mod and gives fighters an additional attack per round over what was intended when they get to GM in a weapon. (We proved this is a recent thread of mine when trying to see why different people were getting different numbers when tallying up attacks with their games)
Just an FYI, that's way more cheating than gaining more levels in my opinion.
The one I used that messed with GM was this one: http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/10900/xp-mod-teambgs-level-40-rule-sethigh-level-abilities/p1
The one @Lemernis linked only contains 3 files: XPCAP.2DA, STARTARE.2DA, and STARTBP.2DA - none of which should modify anything other than the XP Cap.
