Please restore the original bookmark icon

With the latest update, these boards lost the original "golden star" bookmark icon in favor of a misplaced star that never gets golden and is barely visible. The previous symbol, a star that was visible at all times and would change from grey to gold upon bookmarking a thread, was a lot more convenient and aesthetically pleasing. It would great if it could be restored.

    I second that too... If I didn't know where the bookmark icon is I would be completely unable to bookmark threads.

    I didn't even know an option to bookmark does exist. If it does, it would come handful to be able to find it. I'm having big problems with posting in topics and not being able to find them back a few days later with all the activity going on here on this board.

    @Son_of_Imoen On the thread title go right until your pointer changes shape and a half star lights up. Click it and it should be bookmarked.

    @mlnevese Wow, thanks, I've been looking for that forever!

    The star under my username that says "Bookmarks" when I hover over it is the only reason I even suspected this feature existed.

    @Jalily You're welcome :) The only reason I actually knew where the icon was is that It didn't change place when it was changed to the new shape.

    It's actually never been gone, but at some point the bookmark icon became misaligned within the frame of its icon slot, so now only the top part of the Bookmark 5-sided star is visible at the bottom of the slot before you click it. Then after you click it, you can barely see the bottom part of the star at the top of the slot it occupies. I've been whining a while about that...
