[Bug] Selected Spell "Frame" Dissapears in Spellbook

This actually happened in the original BG too... apparently the problem has carried over

Observed Behavior
--------

As the picture shows below, when I use a Ring of Wizardry with Edwin (1st level) and reload a save game, the frame around the last selected spell is gone. If I take the Ring of Wizardry off and put it back on the frame then reappears but empty of course (since I lost the bonus spells).

Expected Behavior
--------

Frames should be around all selected spells
