Dark Moon Monk

Quick question, does dark moon monk aside from receiving his special abilities, receives normal monk's abilities? movement speed, ac every levels fists upgrading etc. Looking for feedback, thanks.

    Dark Moon Monk doesn't get Lay On Hands or Stunning Blow, but otherwise should get the same abilities as a plain Monk. So yes, movement speed, AC, fists upgrading, etc., should all be the same.

    yes. in the kit description consider the monk to be exactly the same as a regular monk WITH the advantages and listed and WITHOUT the disadvantages listed.

    took me a while to get my head round that too. i do think that they should put it in the description

    It's the same as every other kit, really. They retain all base abilities of the class they are based on, unless stated otherwise.

    Lay on Hands is pretty useless. You're not losing much.

    Stunning blow is very nice, but you're gaining a variety of special attacks and abilities to make up for it.

    I'd say a Dark Moon Monk slightly edges out a regular monk due to having more abilities, allowing it to be useful in a wider range of situations.

    Sun Soul Monk is significantly better than Dark Moon Monk and Vanilla Monk, though.
