Sun soulray fails occasionally.

Expected behavior: Sun soulray always goes off when used.
Current behavior: For some unknown reason sun soulray usually fails to do anything but animate over the monk when used. No damage is done.

It does work sometimes though...

Edit: After further research this appears to be a range issue. The spell can be activated at any creature within visual range but only works at closer ranges.

Edit (again): This spell also seems to have the wrong target type as you can cast it anywhere, even at the ground.
