Archer called shot bug

I recently came back to BGEE after a fresh install of Win7 and the game. I started off playing Black Pit and loved the Archer I made. So I decided to roll one for the main game. Only problem is once I did, the "Special Ability" button for him is greyed out, thus denying me access to his Called shot ability. I rolled a couple using different races and still have the same problemo. Is this bug known and planned to be fixed?

    What level are you? I think you only get the ability starting at level 4.

    I thought level 3 was when you got Called Shot. Check under your Character Sheet and then in the lower middle of the screen is a button called Kit Description. Click that and it'll tell you all about your class. Good luck.

    You will gain Called Shot ability at 4° level. Archer description says "May use Called Shot ability once per day every 4 levels".
