How does BGEE implement the fatigue penalty?

Vanilla BG1 was supposed to be -1 to luck for every 4 hours beyond 24 hours game time after a rest (according to original manual)
Anyone know how BGEE implented this (and/or how BG2 did since we are in the BG2 engine)?

And according to bigdogchris's answer on the same thread, every 4 hours fatigued means -1 to rolls.
Also, it an be useful to remeber there're also fatigue bonuses based on CON in the game.

The higher is NPC's CON, the more he can travel without being fatigued.
But as soon as a character is fatigued, his rolls get -1 penalty for every 4 hours fatigued.
http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/15512/checking-ones-fatigue-level also confirms it.
This is how BGEE implements the fatigue penalty.
You're always welcome:)
It would be great if all this is written (shown) in the game.
Fatigue penalty makes for interesting trade offs in a no reload "speed game" - when fatigued do you take the 8hr rest which counts towards your speed score or suffer an additional -1 to rolls every 4 hours and take the chance of having that impact your abiltiy to survive...
I like it!
it's a -1 penalty per every 4 hours over 24 without rest against any roll you make so it may even effect hps at level up.
(BTW thats -6 for every 24 hours over which could really add up when you are teleporting around the map)
Look for my 4th post there for a more "easy to read" in depth explanation.
The CON stat simply raises (or decreases for low CON values) the base fatigue lvl (e.g. CON 16 grants +1 bonus, thus a character with such CON takes 4 more hours to get fatigued than a character with CON 8-15).
Because except Kagain, almost all the other aveil pnj have a not very good one (this is true for all the fighters except Kagain, those who need to be in front line ... even when they are tired : Dorn, Shar Teel, ...)
