iPad: How to split ammunition

Hi All,

I remembered to buy an extra sling and ammo for when I picked up Xzar, but the ammo is in one stack: how do I split the ammo?

On the iPad? I have been double tapping like crazy these past five minutes and can't get it it happen.

Hmmm, ok. I got it. It's not fiddle sometimes: it's fiddly every single time. Takes me 6-10 tries on average.

Yep, the iPad interface remains a work in progress. :-/

I just tap like crazy until the stack splitter pops up, but that means I have to make sure my crazy tapping doesn't happen to tap the "cancel" button on the stack splitter box.

It may help to scroll the inventory list, to avoid tap collision.

You need to tap the exact same spot twice, in the same milimeter spot or such. It is tricky, yes. But the interfacr has greatly improved with the patches. Before patches, clicking on item piles on the ground or initiating chests/doors were difficult too, they are now improved with smart tap radius. Hopefully, next patches will solve the remaining minor issues.

For the record, you might want to buy some more ammo - less than 80 bullets aren't going to last long; bullets are dead cheap so you it just as well fill up all three ammo slots for everyone using a ranged weapon.
