    @typo_tilly. I agree with you that it would often add a nice touch. During an alternate timeline such practices might have grown to be normal but in ours maybe it just didn't catch on (a butterfly might have forgotten to spread its wings that day).

    I agree with you. A very nice touch, rather than having all the books looking the same throughout the game. As the game goes on I usually stop looking into the books because there is nothing interesting going on there, and practically nothing much to do with the game.

    Ah, yes...I remember well playing BG for the first time. How tender I was! And how determined to collect each and every book for my personal library-in-a-barrel. That particular fixation wreaked havoc on the inventory. "Varscona? Looks pretty good, but I'd have to drop History of Shadowdale LXXXIV...."
