Can't finish the fetch quests of Friendly Arm Inn

Well for some reason even though the belt which Unshey has asked me to bring back is in my inventory she simply says; i don't have her belt. Also when i killed the ogre and loot his body my journal didn't get updated. Same thing happens with quest: "Joia's Flamedance Ring" aswell. I got the ring but quest doesn't process.

    Well the journal is not supposed to update when you find the needed item. You should just have to take the items back to them and they should take the items if they are in your inventory.
