@VikingR, I don't think I'd give Arnold a 17 charisma, at least not in America. His foreign accent brings it down (often parodied). I guess it's pretty high if he can win political office, though, not to mention that he's got enough personal magnetism to be a movie star and a womanizer. Maybe 15.
I think people are rating Obama too low on strength. He does work out, play basketball, and run. I see strength as a rating of overall athleticism, and a 10 strength implies to me your average sedentary, probably overweight person who doesn't work out. I'd give him at least a 12 strength, for moderately above average.

i think this is probably pretty accurate. i would imagine hobbits get some sort of dexterity bonus anyway, or at least a +15% to move quietly/ hide in shadows
