New Subforum: General Archive (and some things to look forward to)

Hello all,
You may have noticed a new subforum called "Archive". This is pretty much what it sounds like--a place to put old threads once they've run their course. I'll be archiving any threads in General Discussion that haven't seen new posts in the last several months, hopefully to make it a bit easier to find the active discussion you're looking for. If you want to continue a discussion you can just start a new thread (and link to it if you like), or send me or any of the other moderators a PM and we'll be happy to un-archive it for you.
Over the next week or so we'll also be reorganizing the forums a bit. I'll post a bit of information here about what those changes will be, but on the whole it should make things simpler to navigate.

EDIT: Everything should be back to normal. Carry on!
It would be good to look upon them once more...
A link in the side bar like the rest of the forums should be sufficient.
Hope I can because if I can't it will render the core question useless, but here it is:
Could you possibly create "class forums" where fighter/barbarian is one and mage/sorcerer is one etc? And every one of those forums branch into two were one is spoiler free and the other is not?
Would be great if I/you would like to discuss a class we like with people who does the same without searching through the entire general section or help for new players to find what we need or even waste space by creating a thread that may already exist.
On dual and multi-classes there could be a subsection called "Combination Classes" or something like that since it's almost the same.
Thanks!
We're trying to simplify the forums, not make them more complicated. Because Vanilla doesn't offer a way to collapse forum sections, adding a subforum for each class (and then other branches for spoiler/non-spoiler) would make things even more cluttered than they already are.

Yes, hopefully. Here is the plan:
- A new section for site resources that includes a "welcome" area for new members to introduce themselves.
- A "Baldur's Gate" section that includes general discussion, news, support, modding, and feature request subforums. Basically anything that is Baldur's Gate-specific, including the Bugs forums.
- A "Non-BG" section that is pretty much just for general Roleplaying and Off-Topic discussions, as well as any other non-BG forums that may arise later on.
Everything else will stay the same; but this will make it easier for people to find the right place for a discussion. Some subforums will be renamed to be more easily identifiable, and a few will (eventually) be combined, but we'll make an announcement before we do anything drastic.
