Good / Bad reputation ( discount in shops )

If we have hight ( 17 - 20 ) reputation, we get big discount in shops, because we are famous heroes...

Ok, part is understandable bacause nearly all " good " merchants ( and most of neutrals ) like heroes what follow the rules. But we have also " evil " merchants like thief, dealers some wizards and priests. Thiefs and Talos clerics give discount famous " good " heroes ? Really ? This guys should have discount on bad reputation, not good. BTW, if famous and evil mass murderer come to shop own by " good "merchant , he really want piss him by boosting his price ? I dont think so.

Discount in shops really need rebalance.

I agree that it make sense that if you have bad reputation you get a discount, just from the fear of you. on the other hand, you chose the evil path, so suffer the consequences

There's also a mod component that adjusts prices based on low reputation (part of the G3 tweakpack I believe) - though I don't think it goes far enough to distinguish between good and evil merchants.
