in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
Do they work 100% of a time? I mean will every arrow dispell 100% of mage?

    Yeah, they always dispel everything (that is dispellable).

    What if you shot an Arrow of Dispelling out of the air... with another Arrow of Dispelling?

    Wait they dispell all mage protections?

    That would be freaking priceless in BG2

    Like wisp said, everything that is dispellable. Some mage protections (mostly spell protections like spell turning) can't be dispelled.

    Not a whole lot of the arrows in BG2, though there are some available in the promenade.
