weird audio bug, please help!

I'm getting a weird audio bug where the audio is skipping and stuttering during cutscenes. Is there currently any type of fix for this?

Do you mean actual in-game cutscenes or are you referring to the movies (like the intro movie where the armored figure throws some guy off of the tower)?
