So what is the mod status conversions for Baldur's Gate EE?

Basically any old mod that has successfully been converted and ready to use. Also where is the list on what mods that had actually been used in EE officially such as fixes? (So some of us won't make the mistake to use a repeat mod for no reason if it's already there now).

I'm sure this has been asked a few times, but I would love to see a full list on the subject since we're half way through 2013.
