Original BG1 and TOTSC patches

Hi there,

I recently reinstalled the original Baldur's Gate along with it's expansion, Tales of the Sword Coast. While looking for the most up-to-date patches, I came across patch 1.3.5512 and patch 1.3.5521. Now my question is, what is the difference between these two patches? I installed 1.3.5512 first and then installed a DirectX multiplayer patch (the one for TOTSC), but have not yet installed 1.3.5521. Do I need it? Or will installing 5521 be redundant now that I installed the separate DirectX patch in addition to 5512?

Any help would be much appreciated.
