How were the contractual issues resolved (specifically)?

Glad to hear the contractual issues were resolved... but how were they resolved?
Did you buy the rights on auction? Did someone else buy the rights and gave you the ok? Did the restructured atari relent? Should I worry about a relapse?

    The people involved in the discussions have not revealed anything. It may be a while before they feel comfortable enough to do so.

    As @Tresset says, nothing has been revealed, just that the matter is "resolved". Though personally I don't think we'll find out how for a loooong time, if ever.
