On the plus side, I believe Draconis is not immune, and he is significantly harder than Abazigal (in unmodded games anyway - Ascension's Abazigal really does make Draconis the warm up act
In the vanilla game, there are some, but not many. With mods, this extends somewhat, and there are several complex and difficult encounters with Time Stop immunity, most notably Lunar Eclipse, where the enemies are not only immune to TS, but use it themselves - meaning everything is frozen, except all of them (and Solaufein).
It's not a major concern to be sure, but more of a safeguard to prevent cheesing on boss fights. TS is still *very* powerful even with mods; Time Trap consequently is as well, though its limitations (only 10s duration, needs to be laid beforehand) curb that power somewhat.
Lord_Tansheron continues to be correct, by my estimations. The thing about Time Trap isn't that it's bad. It's really pretty great. But it's exactly the same sort of ability as Spike Trap, and Spike Trap is just so stupidly amazing that it's pretty hard to compete.
Also, while there are only a few enemies that are immune to Timestop, they tend to be some of the most powerful enemies. That's a pretty important caveat right there.
