There was a time I knew from heart all the lines of the 1st cutscene of BGII (the scene with Irenicus before Imoen appears). "Ahhh, the child of Bhaal has awoken. It is time for more...experiments."
Oh, and also I knew the whole Gorion vs Sarevok dialogue in BG1.
"The pain will only be passing, you should survive the process" "More intruders have entered the complex master" "They act sooner than anticipated. No matter, they will only prove a slight delay"
"Go for the eyes, Boo! GO FOR THE EYES! RRAAAAAAASSSK!" "Heh, you're a queer fellow." "Eat flaming - or, er, possibly frosty - DEATH!"
And let's not forget... "So I kicked him in the head 'til he was dead! Nyahaha!" "So I kicked him in the head 'til he was dead! Nyahaha!" "So I kicked him in the head 'til he was dead! Nyahaha!" "So I kicked him in the head 'til he was dead! Nyahaha!" "So I kicked him in the head 'til he was dead! Nyahaha!" "So I kicked him in the head 'til he was dead! Nyahaha!"
The one I used the most is Valygar's failure roll (a one) in my native language version that is something like "Ah! What a disaster". I use it when I display how clumsy I can be, especially in the mornings.
Others I use are :
* Irenicus' "Ahh, the bhaalspawn has awaken, time for more experiments" when my cat or sometimes even myself wake up.
* One I started to use years ago, rather unconsciously, was "Edwin do this, Edwin do that" with my own name, as it has a similar ring. Especially great for when girlfriend talks about housework...
* The dream dialogue about strength and the peasant woman is kinda stuck as well. I think it's quite interesting from a philosophical point of view and I enjoy replaying it in my mind sometimes.
Some quotes may be bit different, as I'm translating basically literally from my own native language to English.
One that I'd forgotten came up yesterday while chatting with an old friend (we met playing BG)... "So, d00d, why are you still working six days and 80 hours a week?" Mirrabbo's reply; "I do what I must when I must. Know this well". Solaufein BG2/TOB
On a different note, years ago my friend played Icewind Dale and gave his thief in the party the voice set meant for a magic user. It was funny to see her disarm a trap and say "A little fire and lightning should liven things up!"
That gets stuck in my head and gives me a chuckle every time.
I'm ashamed to admit i misheard lots of these phrases as a young gamer. For example, i was convinced Minsc had a foul mouth rather then saying "packing" for both his quotes. I also had immensely difficulties understanding Jaheira, Winthrop and some others.
-"luck be a lady!" (Coran BG1-BGEE) -"plz take me to a licenced cleric!" (smthg like that) (Neera BGEE, near death) -"by Shar!" (Viconia, BG1-BGEE - especially funny when you have the BGEE Rasaad dude and his "may Solune guide you" smthg at the same time around in the party...).
"Lil'alurl, for Shar!" "This may seem a touch unladylike, but I'm gonna slit your throat I am!" "If you think it is wise to do so, so much comes back to haunt us." "I don't usually speak to the likes of you, but.... hello." "It is, as they say, your funeral *flaming dragon breath of Firkraagian death*"

I can't remember where in BG I saw this but I remember it was from one of the fat commoners that roam around towns.
