Help for my class

Hello everyone! I wanted to ask some advice about my character's class, I made a human warrior and the second level is a bit boring as I could make it more interesting? Some examples of multi or dual class that I could do? Play as good and these are my characteristics:
Str 18/75, Dex 18, Con 18, Int 18, Wis 7 Char 7. I was lucky, rolling the dice I came out 86. I'm playing Baldur's Gate ee with the mod scs. Thanks to everyone who wants to help!

PS: Playing without a mod to the level cap, I did not unbalance the game as I would also play Baldur's Gate 2 ee.

Humans can only dual-class (while only multi classing is available to other races).
With those stats you have two dual-classing options: Mage (thanks to 18 INT) or Thief (thanks to 18 DEX).

As for when to dual, you'll find lots of threads dedicated to that question (depending on the specific combination of the new and the old class), but at the very minimum I guess you should wait until level 3 as a warrior.

First... Welcome. You are about to become peppered with ideas from everyone and everyone on this forum...

Second... When to dual. Fighters are the only class able to break the 2 pip barrier in weapon specialisation. You want to use this. So dualing at level 3 and 6 makes sense as at these levels you get a pip. (I have not mentioned 9 as if you get to this level you may as well wait and lvl at 10 for the extra benefits you get at that level.)

Third... What to dual to. As an undead mummie lord is not an option and your wisdom stats are low, you cannot dual to cleric.

You can however dual to a Thief or Mage quite freely.

    This is now personal preference.

I however would choose to dual to mage at level 3... but the choice, is yours...

Unless you are powergaming, which I believe you are not, YOU CANNOT MAKE A BAD CHOICE!

EDIT: I was quite thoroughly ninja'd by @Alnair . It is quite cool we near as much said the same thing!

It's difficult to make a character that is both optimal in BG1 and BG2. As @Anduin said, though, if you aren't powergaming, you won't notice much of a difference between choices and can fairly safely go with whatever you feel most comfortable with personally.

In general, mages are very strong in BG2. Dualing from fighter to mage is a very popular and very powerful combination. If you want to dual your fighter, here is some advice regarding the various levels:

lvl 3: an additional pip for weapon proficiency; fighters gain these every 3 levels, and 3 is the earliest recommended dual

lvl 6: another pip; this level however is *not* recommended for dualing because...

lvl 7: ...gives you an extra +1/2 attacks per round. APR is very strong, particularly in BG2. Lvl7 is a popular choice for dualing

lvl9: an extra pip; lvl9 is the last level where fighters gain the benefit of their high HP. Also, the best two fighter kits (Berserker and Kensai) gain an extra use of their special ability at this level. Lvl9 is a very popular level to dual, arguably the most popular.

lvl13: another +1/2 attacks per round. This is the highest level you should dual at. It requires a lot of XP though, both to reach and to regain the class. Recommended only for experienced players, and likely requires metagaming skills to bridge the "downtime".

For obvious reasons, lvl9 and lvl13 are only available as choices in BG2. I am not sure if lvl7 lets you regain your class in BG1, it might. Fighters are, however, quite strong in BG1 on their own - you can just complete the game as a pure fighter, then dual in BG2. Dual class is very, very good in BG2!

You should also consider kitting your character. Both Berserker and Kensai are among the best kits in the game, and have considerable advantages. Kensai however does require some skill and effort to play correctly, particularly during BG1; they are also not a very good choice for cleric. Berserkers are practically superior to an un-kitted fighter in every way except ranged combat.

I hope I could help you out! If you have more questions, just ask! :)

Dualing at level 7 from Fighter to Thief or Mage will allow for enough xp to get your Fighter skills back. The xp cap for BG1:EE is 161,000 xp I believe. Assuming I am correct you need 64,000 to reach level 7 as a fighter and only 70,000 to reach level 8 as a thief or 90,000 to reach level 8 as a mage. A cleric unfortunately would not work (assuming you're sticking to the xp cap) because they need 110,000 to hit level 8.

Ok, thank you very much, in summary, the game with warrior up to level 9 and in bg2 step wizard or thief, the problem is that I have to get back to level 9in bg2 in order to take advantage of the skills of a warrior, until arrival at level 9 in bg2 the character will be a simple wizard | thief. Right?
Thank you very much for the answers!
It's not that once you get to level 9 in bg2 finishes the game?

to answer your question simply, in this situation, after you dual class, you will only be a wizard or thief until your wizard/thief level passes your fighter level. At that point, you will have access to both sets of abilities

Regaining your levels for a lvl9 dual is very easy in BG2. If you dual to mage, you need 250.000xp, if you dual to thief you need 160.000xp. That will be still well in the early game; you will earn MILLIONS of xp in BG2/ToB, so don't worry ;) It's quite different from BG1 in that respect, a lvl 9 dual can easily reach lvl30+ in their new class at the end of the game.

@Lord_Tansheron I feel I am at one with BG lore... But I am mistaken!

Got level 7 and 10 mixed up on the apr...

This chart tells me so... http://playithardcore.com/pihwiki/index.php?title=Baldur's_Gate:_Progression_Charts

Quite a useful website if you wanna plan a character @consolati01

I'd say part of it depends on whether or not you plan to import the character to BG2. If you DO for a quality/powergame character I always suggest holding off until level 9-10 to dual class with a fighter if at all possible - The extra HP you get is invaluable for any class you would choose to dual into and that late into the game you will find your new class will catch up rather quickly. If you are simply getting bored and want to dual now my suggestion would be to go with a backstabby assassin thief because that STR bonus is going to make him hurt a lot of people.

I'm going to import it into bg2, so at this point I follow your advice, warrior pure until 9 and then dual class in bg2! 'll Decide later whether thief or mage

I feel compelled to point this out: In DnD-speak, "warrior" encompasses Fighters, Paladins, Rangers, and Barbarians (I think Monks are in the Priest category?). I assume you've been talking about Fighters the entire time. Paladins cannot dual-class at all, and Rangers can only dual-class to Cleric.
