New NPC in BG2:EE?

I haven't been keeping abreast of BG2:EE news. Are there going to be any new NPC's like with BG1? I was wondering if there would now be a f/f romance option now that BG1:EE introduced an m/m one.

    Now if we could only put a tail on Jaheira and get Aerie used to the name Fall From Grace.

    We don't know yet if we'll be Chaotic Evil or Lawful good in this incarnation...

    Actually, it's more likely that Edwin will burn everybody else in the party. Or Neera will do so as a Wild Surge.

    If we're opening up the options and our views on things, then it's quite obviouse that Anomen is the best option.

    There is a new NPC. She is female. Her name is Hexxat. She is likely to be human and a thief or thief kit. We have no further information at the present time.
