Roger - Merchant from Sewers

I'm not sure if it was reported, but Roger is the only merchant from which you can steal and who also buys stolen items. That is incredibly cheesy, because you can get "literally" millions golds in few minutes. ( Sell-steal, sell-steal, sell-steal )

Buying stolen items is ok, but don't allow us steal from Roger.

    This happens in many other shops too, thanks for the cheese, gonna try it out in BG2 :D

    Its certainly cheesy but I'm not certain its a bug. Its good to report it in any case.
