Will there be a 1.3?

Just curious; Have all the bugs been fixed now or will there be a 1.3 patch? Inquiring gamers want to know.

    They've said that 1.2 was not the final patch for BG:EE. I would speculate that the next patch will contain a combination of remaining bug fixes and content.

    I feel like telling you Santa does not really exist: some bugs will never be fixed. ;-)

    Seriously though there are more or less serious bugs remaining. Dee wrote that was not the last patch they'll make. There should be new languages and hopefully more bug fixes. We could also expect some improvements made to BG2EE (check the screenshots) will be made available to BGEE.

    The list linked by @Silverstar covers most of the bugs reported during the beta-test. Some other bugs are not listed.
    Besides there are other bugs reported either in this section, in the support and the BG:EE sections which are not necessarily consolidated yet.
    Developpers have their own list, with the internal tracking number mentioned in several posts, but it's not public, I think.

    There should be, obviously. Even today, importing/exporting character's sounds doeasn't work properly, not to mention promised full support for other languages.

    It is possible, I suppose, that 1.3 will not come. We know there will come more patches, but that could mean 1.2.1 (and so 1.2.2 and so on). Depends on what will be added, and what patching numbering logic is used.

    More like 1.2.1 and 1.2.2. I imagine any update to the engine or game mechanics on bg2 will be launched nearly simultationly with a bg1 patch.
