Insane amount of health

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
I have just started a new game as a Paladin with a constitution of 17 and my character has 161 max health. I played BG2 back in the day and never did I have a new character with this much health. I have compared him to Minsc who has 16 Cons and only 69HP and Jaheria who is on 17Cons and has 59HP.

Is this a bug of some kind?

    sometimes if you are in the middle of making a character in character creation and remake from the beginning (when you were in the middle of making it) with the same class or character, the HP will stack on top of each other, one time I had a dwarven fighter start bg2 with around 250 HP

    Lol that's funny considering most people have been complaining about starting with TOO LITTLE health whether importing or creating a new character.

    At least we have bugs at both ends of the spectrum now to even things out. :P

    @Candle, I haven't been able to replicate this. Can you confirm whether or not this is still an issue?
