XP Cap BG2EE

Heya! Does anyone know how to remove xp cap in BG2EE? I tried using BGEE's method (which involves 3 files 2DAS) but it messed up the game :(

Also, not related directly to this issue, but the class tag for multiclass is weird.
    It says:
    Cleric/Mage 8
    Cleric/Mage 7
    Shouldn't it be (?):
    Cleric 8
    Mage 7

The BGEE method still works for BG2EE: edit startare.2da, startbp.2da, and xpcap.2da.

I suspect the class display bug, although not game-breaking but merely annoying, is being addressed at this time.

I tried doing that method and every time I start a new game, my character appears in a random place, instead of Irenicus' Dungeon. When I removed those 3 files everything was fine again.

That's because you're using the files for BG:EE. Use these for BGII:EE.

Do these work for ToB too or just SoA?

If I remove xp cap using this method, do I have to start the new game for the effect, or does it work on the existing saved games as well?

You should be good to continue as far as I know.

Removing the XP Cap does not require a new game.

And one more question, if I'm using beamdog client what is the directory I should put these three files into? Is it data folder? Because I cannot see corresponding files there to replace them with the new ones...

EDIT: I found the answer in BGEE xp cap thread, never mind then. :)

I also look for the same answer, could you point me there?
