Avenger's Spider form is NOT immune to the Web spell

A few seconds ago, I've discovered this bug. The ability to not be a subject of the Web spell affects is very important for my playthrough as an Avenger. How can it be fixed?
How to reproduce:
Start a BG2:EE game as an Avenger. Memorize Web spells. Sleep. Cast the Web spell. Polymorph into a spider. Go into the area of the Web Spell. Be held by it:(
@Jalily?

We can look into it though.
But I see no sense at all in it: in BG:EE after several patches Spider form + Web combo worked greatly (sse for i/e/ http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/17279/avenger-kit/p1).
I used to think every fix added to BG:EE should make it to BG2:EE as well.
Pretty sure that both AD&D spiders and the spiders in this game are all immune to web effects. It's even stated in the Monstrous Manual that they can walk on webs. And the Web spell is supposed to create spider-like webs, right? So if shapeshifting and polymorph also turn you into a spider with all the powers and natural abilities included therin, it's only logical that you should ALSO be able to walk on webs, right?
It's not even like this is even a gamebalance-breaking change: It's a very minor adjustment to something that's considered annoying. I can think of more efficient tactics than spider-shifting and meleeing over my own Web spell anyway, so just give these guys their fix.
