Steam Version Won't Launch - Error

As the title states, BG2EE will not launch. I get an error and a crash dump. I have sent the dumps to Beamdog support but haven't received a response. I tried adding the .exe to DEP but it doesn't help. Any help would be appreciated. Running windows 7.

    Note...I have BG1EE through Beamdog. Haven't played it in a while, I just updated and tried to run but it gives me the same crash. Odd, I have a ton of games and these are the only two that won't launch. I am betting its an easy fix. Hey Beamdog!,.....how about some help???
