Better cloak of dragomir? (hexxat spoilers)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
In shadowkeeper there's an item called korkorran's cloak that also protects vampires from sunlight. Does anyone know where to get that?

Also is there any better protection from sunlight than these two cloaks, including using eekeeper? Taking the cloak on and off is bleh and the penalty for wearing the cloak is so steep

    you could always just eekeeper Hexxat's stats to negate the cloak's penalties and then just keep the cloak on 24/7.

    Or, instead of cheating your ass off, choose one:
    1. Stop being lazy and remove/put on the damn cloak.
    2. Leave the cloak on all the time and come to grips with being lazy.
    3. Only be outside at night. It's really not difficult in BG2 with so many indoor environs.
    4. Find that other cloak and appreciate it that much more when you do.

    That's actually cut content -- it'll be removed in the next patch.

    Why? Just curious - it's not like it hurts anything to leave it in.
