BG2:EE Scaled screen is shifted to the right on Mac Book Pro

Heya,

I encounter a graphical bug on each start up from the launcher. The complete screen is shifted to the right by ~3 cm.

I workaround this issue by pressing "CMD + Q" and cancel the quit command. (Thanks Boo!)

Here are the setup information:
Mac Book Pro Retina 15"
2.6 Ghz Intel Core i7
16 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024MB
MacOS 10.9.0

Energy saving options: Automatic change of the graphic card is active.

No external monitor.

BG2 settings: Scaled graphics

Ps. Thanks for the work on the two enhanced versions. I never played the game sooooo smooth. I am used to actions taking 5 time as much time because the older mac I played the original on was slow... Or badly supported ^^

You can also try switching to window mode with alt-enter, and then switch back again.

@Gate70 I noticed something this weekend. If I turn of the auto switch so enforcing the use of the proper graphics card then the size of the screen gets instantly correctly calculated.
