Chaos and Story Points That Teleport Your Party(Spoilers)

I'm not sure if this was a vanilla issue or not, since this is the first time this has ever happened to me. When I was in Brynnlaw and I was helping free Claire, the mage with Lady Galvena cast chaos on my party. After dispatching her and her mage, I picked up the loot, and immediately went to speak to Claire. When Claire was supposed to teleport the party out, the greyed out screen occurred, but the teleporting did not. I sat back and watch Dorn, CHARNAME and Korgan hack through the party, and even when the Chaos ran out, the teleport did not occur. So, I sat there for about a minute and a half watching the three tanks trying to kill Hexxat(she took staggering amounts of damage - over 400, she did not change into her cloud) since I was not able to even exit the game. The only way I could exit the game was by ending the task with task manager.

Expected Behaviour(s):
1. Either waits until the chaos runs out and then teleports you
2. Or teleports you regardless.

    This was a vanilla issue as well. Teleports seem to be done by giving an order to each character to teleport himself. If that order is canceled or overwritten for whatever reason, it can break the script at that point. If you are in cutscene mode at the time, the only option is to alt-f4 out and load a previous save.

    I'm not sure this is something that can be fixed without overhauling the infinity engine unfortunately, but I may be wrong.

    @Troodon80 looks like we've got an unregistered bug here.

    It's a tricky one to reproduce given that it requires a cutscene at the same time.

    @GemHound, I don't suppose you kept a save game from that point?
