No "attach a file" option when posting in BG2EE Bugs subforum?

This may be user error on my part, but when I am in the BG2EE Bugs subforum, I don't see the "attach a file" option when creating a new discussion or replying to a post. I see it fine in other subforums. I managed to work around this by creating a new discussion and then just changing the category to "BG2EE: Bugs".

    I can confirm - no 'Attach a file' option in BG2:EE Bugs.

    @Dee, I just noticed that the Performance Issues section does not allow files to be attached. If this is unintentional then a fix would be appreciated.
