Is the guarded compound now quest-related?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I know that the guarded compound in the temple district was supposed to be part of a quest in the original, but it was cut due to a lack of time or whatever.

So, I'm wondering if that has been rectified in EE. The fight there was quite enjoyable, so I'm anxious to storm in and kill - however I don't want to screw up any future quests...

    It's not related to any quests i have found, and I've been delving into bg2ee quite a bit now. so I say go give em hell :D

    If I remember correctly, it links to a quest that is given during Nalia's questline, specifically the note related you get from the slaver in the Sea's Bounty in the docks when you are attempting to put away Isaea.

    It is linked to the Roenalls. Yet you can crash in and wipe it out whenever you feel like it.
