    Did you meet her for a second time in the tomb where she demands the cloak from you or did you teleport to the exit?

    Yeah, she doesn't immediately leave, she goes to Dragomir's location/body to find the cloak, then waits for you.

    @thespace, can you confirm what the people above have said?

    If she did actually leave and she is not standing by Dragomir's body then it is a bug, if that is the case, then uploading a save game from before and after will help in diagnosing the issue.
