Wave Shaft not dropping

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
Ran into a bug where after killing the warden, the wave shaft didnt drop. I immediately went north from the starting area upon entering. The umber hulks also didnt spawn.

    I have not been able to replicate this. Can you upload a save game where you are still in that area?
