BGII:EE Bug - Suldanessellar Palace - No fight/parasites/exile

in Not An Issue
Upon entering the palace I was able to pick up the nuts from the tree of life, but there is nothing else there. No fight ect. Anyone know a fix?

    I guess in the mean time I just moved to last map area, hope it works.

    @foolishwtf, can you upload a save game from where you currently are?

    Are you sure you solved the Harper/Horn puzzle and took the stairs down? Because you didn't make it clear in your post, and the tree you get the nuts from is not in the same map as the final battle.

    I feel really dumb, you were right. Oh well, I skipped to last map and beat the game before reading this heh. Out of ignorance thinking i remembered what to do I thought they were just needed to open the door to the palace.

    @foolishwtf, it's an innocent enough mistake. Nothing to worry about. It's part of the reason why we ask for a save game. :)

    I've moved this to Not An Issue.
