Rings of Free Action and Rasaad

The Ring of Free Action permanently disables Rasaad's monk speed, even after removal.

Expected behaviour: Ring of Free Action should not affect the monk's speed at all, and if, for some reason, it did, should restore said speed upon removal.

    I tried the ring on him first time I came across it, and his speed dropped to basic non-monk speed, and I couldn't raise it. Checking again I can't replicate it, so I must have encumbered him or something without realising it I guess.

    I had thought that Monks were immune to the hasting properties of the boots however, I daresay 'tis no longer the case.

    If it is, I can't replicate it right now. Feel free to remove this and if it happens again I'll ensure I've saves around the event.
