BUG: Alt tab or clicking out of windowed mode cuts off sound

Minimising the game (such as alt-tabing or clicking out of windowed mode) cuts off all sound.

A lot of games with windowed mode can allow for sound when clicking out. This seems likea bug. It would be a very useful feature to hear sound while clicking outside for multitasking (browsing the internet when the party is walking across the map).
