Issue: Talking to Sirrah Ding supplies the option to return the cat, despite said kitty not being in inventory. This results in a quantum state where the kitty is both returned and not returned at the same time.

Expected behaviour: Ding doesn't take back the kitty unless the kitty is there to take back.

    @Gate70: I've tried some searches on this but all the keywords i'm using to find out whether a bug has already been raised on this are returning hundreds of unrelated hits. Let me know if you find anything.
