[Known 7344] stuck on the 3rd. quest of Hexxat!

I am stuck on the 3rd. quest of Hexxat. I can't get past the statue thing that keeps telling to put my hand in his mouth. Is this a bug?? Is there anyone could tell me how to do?

    You need to click on the statue and answer its questions. Are you able to do this?

    You will also need to gather all the books from the library area in order to proceed.

    Edit: if you have done that and the did not open the door, then you should be able to open it yourself.
